I will be specifically on the JUMP project under the supervision of PhD student Gangchen Ren. The JUMP project involves two separate efforts focused on developing thermal interface materials (TIMs) using different fabrication methods. My responsibilities will include conducting background research on suitable materials, proposing manufacturing approaches for the TIMs, fabricating samples in the lab, and performing tests to evaluate their performance.
