   Sussanne founded and introduced The Charcoal Project, India’s first and most unique design concept store. The store changed the meaning of curated interior design in India. Meticulously created by Sussanne herself, the sq. ft. store has two commanding levels and presents lines by premier global and Indian designers Andrew Martin, Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla, Prateek Jain and Gautam Seth for Klove and her very own hand crafted furniture collection “Sussanne Khan pret home”.At The Charcoal project along with a team of Architects, Interior designers, product designer’s, Sussanne has delivered many conceptual projects in the world of residential private homes, destination villas, commercial offices and model show apartments for various leading real estate companies.•Tasks involved comprehensive Design and Project Consultancy •Responsible for turnkey design and spatial layout – concepts, development and final design. •Ongoing Client negotiation and presentation throughout the design life cycle. •Preparation of Scope of Works, project schedules, Material & FF & E specifications timelines and other required deliverable. •Site visits and supervision to inspect, monitor and approve design progress •Managed Client, Contractor and Supplier liaisons to deliver high quality design solutions.•Responsible for interior design and space planning. •Assisted the Interior Design Team to develop design proposals, concepts and layouts. •Preparation of presentation drawings in mentioned electronic design format. •Detail designing, material specification, color scopes, FF & E specifications. •Supplier and contractor communications to monitor and report on design progress. •Prepare and assist in AutoCAD drafting, Bryce interior and exterior 3D visualizations.
