Key Responsibilities:~ Conduct routine patrols and surveillance across designated areas such as Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Bond Street, and other key locations to prevent and detect suspicious activities, ensuring public and staff safety.~ Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable presence while patrolling, deterring criminal activity through proactive observation techniques and positive public engagement.~ Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established procedures to mitigate risk and support incident resolution.~ Deliver excellent customer service across a range of environments — including restaurants, retail spaces, and large-scale public events — by interacting professionally with the public and venue staff.~ Collaborate with law enforcement, venue management, and other security personnel to ensure smooth coordination and communication during incidents.~ Monitor and encourage compliance with relevant laws, venue regulations, and FGH policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.~ Prepare detailed, accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and observations, adhering to professional documentation standards.~ Actively contribute to the FGH Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Working Group, supporting internal efforts to assess and improve company-wide inclusion practices through strategy development, staff voice, and accountability.
