Building resilient Datacenter infrastructure is about more than just hardware, it’s about flawless execution and bringing the right teams together. Over the past five years, I’ve navigated the complex intersection of Data Center deployments and IT infrastructure project management.Currently, as a DC Deployment Project Engineer at Cloudflare, I help drive end-to-end data center build-outs from the ground up. My day to day is rooted in verifying complex BOMs, optimizing rack integrations, and routing structured cabling. Before stepping onto the data center floor, I built a strong foundation in project governance, managing global IT portfolios across 35 sites, safeguarding live services and executing critical ITIL changes to maintain network uptime.For me, the most rewarding part of this work is being the bridge between technical execution and strategic alignment. Whether I’m resolving integration challenges on the facility floor, coordinating supply chain logistics, or partnering with cross-functional engineering teams, my focus is always on providing clarity and structure. I take pride in ensuring that massive infrastructure deployments not only land on schedule, but transition seamlessly into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
