ABOUT USAID AAMER

Building structure where things are still messyI work best in early-stage and fast-moving environments where problems aren’t fully defined yet and progress depends on people who can think clearly and execute. Over the past few years, I’ve worked close to founders, senior leadership, and customers across AI and technology-driven teams from SAP’s BTP Innovation and SAP.iO Global Accelerator to Automotive AI and the Business AI Fellowship at Perplexity.Across these roles, my focus hasn’t been the technology in isolation, but how it actually gets adopted: shaping go-to-market narratives, supporting customer engagements, running market and competitive research, and building the internal structure needed to move ideas from concept to execution. I’ve spent a lot of time turning ambiguity into something operational whether that meant designing lightweight processes, improving workflows, or helping teams make better decisions with imperfect information.I’m currently starting my MSc in Data Science in Berlin. Not because I want to be a full-time engineer, but because I want to understand systems deeply enough to make better product, strategy, and growth decisions. I sit most naturally at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution where someone needs to take ownership, connect dots across teams, and actually move things forward. What motivates me is building things early, learning fast, and taking responsibility where others wait for clarity. If the problem is complex, the environment is changing, and there’s no playbook yet, that’s usually a good sign. Open to roles in venture development, founders’ associate, growth, and product strategy especially in early-stage tech and deep-tech environments.
