Operating within our Browser Performance Lab, I manage the technical infrastructure that ensures every code check-in from global committers meets world-class standards. In a market where milliseconds define success, I lead the browser’s \"immune system,\" judging technical output and filing high-priority regressions before they reach a single user. To scale this mission, I architected an AI-driven system that automated performance issue triage, eliminating a 24/7 manual on-call process and freeing our organization to focus on meaningful innovation.Advocacy & Mentorship My commitment to impact is rooted in advocacy. For over nine years, I have served as a Board Member for Women of Edge @ Microsoft, leading the Career Pillar to support women in building the confidence and technical independence needed for lasting growth. I have long been dedicated to elevating the global tech community, having served on the Scholarship Review Committee for AnitaB.org to help identify and champion the next generation of leaders. I believe deeply in \"paying it forward\"; my journey has included mentoring Redmond High School students through their annual Advanced Computer Science projects, fostering the same curiosity for Engineering that has driven my own career from Intel to Microsoft.At Intel, this same rigor defined my work in hardware R&D, where I implemented a research-based ML approach to forecast application performance on next-generation silicon.
