Key achievements include designing a Native Checkout experience for Boots\' Mobile App, modernization of Customer Service Applications and Boots\' digital infrastructure, transitioning from monolithic to microservices-based architecture using a multi-cloud model, creating cohesive and integrated customer journeys for loyal patrons while implementing robust security measures. Furthermore, I streamlined backend processes for product and promotions, facilitated the seamless integration of Customer Identity and Access Management Solutions like SAP CDC for Single Sign-On, and led major migrations for General Motors, transitioning their eBikes applications from HCL Commerce v8 to v9. Additionally, I directed the implementation of various features for Caterpillar\'s B2B portal. As lead of the Boots AMS team, I rectified the highest number of defects within a one-year tenure, improved application monitoring through dashboard development, and devised an ANT script for rapid deployment of fixes, ultimately resulting in cost savings for the client.
