Self-belief, dedication and pride with a never quit attitude makes one a winner. Winners don\'t have it all in the beginning, they strive for excellence to achieve goals. Stepping into the pharmaceutical industry 20 years back with a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Mumbai, little did I know about my future or my potential and ability to win by learning new things, adapt to new and enhanced roles and create lasting networks in the industry. It was a fantastic stepping stone for me that helped me understand the pharmaceutical business holistically. After a long and an enriching stint here, it was an opportunity to switch to FDC where I learnt new things and shaped myself as a corporate citizen. I took charge of increasingly complex projects such as order process automation, forecasting and procurement, costing, analyzing P&L, learn more about Institutions, critical care and private hospitals businesses. I worked with senior leaders to solve complex projects that required a deep understanding of business and work with stakeholders from different functions. At Lupin, few of the critical projects I worked on were to convert the generics business into a full CFA model, automation of credit notes, developed analytics that help in increasing sales from customers and increasing achievement orientation, by increasing the depth and width of the portfolio sold to customers. I provide wide range of business analytics for business growth. I ensure achieving the project goals within defined timelines utilizing the resources available. This has all been possible because of trust, integrity, teamwork, commitment to succeed and an openness to learn. I look forward to stepping into leadership roles, my experience and an ability to step-into-the-shoes of the customers and stakeholders make me a strong contender to continue my winning streak. I have joined IIM - Calcutta to pursue an Advanced Programme in Strategic Project Management as an enabler to achieve my goals.

   Successfully managed the project to convert super-distributors to CFA for generics business to make this a fully DTS business. Introduced automation of credit notes to leverage technology and save several man-hours of work. Developed business analytics for clearer and sharper understanding of customer profiles, business depth and width and increase market shares. Life-cycle management, appreciation and recognition initiatives for customers are some of my achievements in improving customer relationships. Managing these projects with cross functional collaboration is the key take-away from my current role.
