My role is the central link between our chapter and YPO Global, ensuring compliance with policies, smooth execution of initiatives, and alignment with the organization’s mission.I manage all aspects of member engagement, from onboarding and renewals to communications and ongoing support. A key focus is building strong connections within the chapter by keeping members informed, engaged, and supported throughout their journey.I lead the planning and execution of events and programs, including learning sessions, forums, and social gatherings. This involves end-to-end coordination of logistics, vendors, speakers, and budgets, ensuring high-quality experiences that delivered value to members.This position demands adaptability, multitasking, and strategic thinking. It allows me to combine operations, communication, and event management while contributing to the growth and vitality of the chapter in line with YPO’s global mission of creating better leaders through lifelong learning and idea exchange.
