A seasoned business leader with ~7 years of experience in Marketing and Product Launch in diverse industries, including Banking, Education Technology, and Healthcare. Capable of analyzing historical data to devise strategies to introduce & sell a product or service; as well as coming up with creative solutions for an effective integrated marketing campaign.Coming from a Humanities background, I love working on projects that touch and change human lives. I started my career as a Premium Acquisition Manager with Standard Chartered Bank in which I onboarded and developed banking relationships with High Net Clients and Small and Medium businesses. I joined Shiva Illuminate, a startup aimed at making preparatory education available and affordable using the satellite delivery model for live classes, as Manager - Marketing, and I built the Marketing and Sales departments for the ed-tech startup from the ground up. I outpaced the early adoption of preparatory education through the medium of satellite communication to multiple cities in India and grew the startup to 25+ profit-generating centers in the country.Following my exciting stint at Shiva Illuminate, I joined Consure Medical and took up the challenge of spearheading the introduction and early adoption of disruptive medical technology -\"Qora SMK\" in developing markets. I applied my on-field experience to launch the disruptive medical technology in India and undertook campaigns for its growth across the markets in India and the US.I am passionate about building solutions for existing business complexities leveraging technology, and I am enthusiastic about working with organizations that have a meaningful impact on the community as a whole.Outside of work, I am an avid coffee enthusiast and a certified Happiness Life Coach.
