   As a dedicated human resource assistant i played pivotal role in supporting HR operations and fostering positive work environment.My responsibilities includes :Assisting with recruitment processes,posting job openings, screening resumes and coordinating interviews.Managing employee on boarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the company.Maintaining and organizing employee record while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.Through this role i honed my organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
