About Urvashi

My name is Urvashi, I come from Ranchi. I am employed as Human Resource Business Partner -HR for HR in Capgemini. I completed my MBA in HR from IIM Ranchi in 2023. During my MBA, I got the opportunity to work with Burger King as summer intern for 2 months where I worked on multiple projects that strengthened my HR skills, I also worked on a live project with Frinza for 4 months. I was also recognised as the winner for Campus to the corporate look conducted by the Aditya Birla group. I was ranked 3rd for the Campus Ambassador Program for IIM Visakhapatnam where I enhanced my marketing and communication skills. I completed my bachelor\'s from Kamala Nehru College from Delhi University with B.A. in Economics honours in 2021. During my graduation days I was part of Green Bean society as a creative head. I also worked for NGO Jazba and Non Visionaries in Delhi.
