Conducting and reporting on internal audits and supporting the affected areas to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) are undertaken to address the root cause of any observations.• Actively assisting all departments in the generation of quality system documentation such as change control, deviation investigations, suspect analytical results, risk assessments and quality technical agreements• Leading process improvement initiatives to identify and implement more compliant and efficient processes• Compiling and reporting on quality system metrics to identify trends and drive improvement• Acting as an internal/external contact for queries related to product compliance and quality and escalating any significant issues as appropriate• Reviewing and approving master batch records, executed production batch records and associated supporting documentation• Reviewing production and laboratory data, which is used to release product, or reviewing validation/stability reports to ensure that all information contained within, is correct and accurate.• Providing specialist QA support to new product introduction, business projects and continuous improvement initiatives• Supporting, mentoring and coaching new and existing QA Specialists• Undertaking frequent planned and unplanned facility walk-throughs to observe operations and processes and review in-process documentation
