About Ursula Staten
For the past year and 1/2 I have been the owner/operator of P&G\'S Mobile Table. We serve Caribbean American fusion comfort foods. On most days you will find smoked jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, fresh green salad and a side of plantains. You will also find curry chicken salad, mixed fresh fruit and potato chips. You might also find pulled pork pared with baked beans and coleslaw. In winter months we have ox tail soup and grilled cheese, souse, pork chops, spaghetti and many more southern favorites. We cater weddings, corporate events, family reunions, church functions, birthday parties and much much more. We design menu\'s just to your liking. Give us a call so we can serve you and your folks.
