As a trainer for InKonstellation Academy, I train coaches who want to use a systemic approach to enable lasting change in organizations and in people\'s lives. I teach the basics of coaching and sound methods, support personal learning processes, and promote skills for shaping complex dynamics in a constructive and solution-oriented way. In this way, the prospective coaches not only develop professional skills, but also clarity, attitude, and confidence to accompany their clients effectively, empathetically, authentically, and co-actively. In an advanced module on systemic business coaching, I then place special emphasis on areas such as leadership and team coaching.
