Experienced in Mental Health care, both Primary and Secondary services, policy development, large scale system change, and clinical advice to NHS providers. My clinical experience includes liaison psychiatry, Community services, Crisis and home treatment, Secondary MH Care Therapies services and Talking Therapies.I am currently working in NHS England South West region as Associate Director for Mental Health. Previously in the national Mental Health programme as the senior programme and clinical delivery manager. I have also worked in various provider organisations as regional and clinical lead, and service manager for Talking Therapies services.Alongside my commitments I have worked as a Clinical Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission. I have a proven track record in service development and improvement, managing change and system resilience. Published chapter in Low-intensity CBT Skills and Interventions, a practitioner\'s manual 2020.My interests include Commissioning, Pathway and models of service delivery, service development and NHS leadership.CBT therapist and registered RMN.
