ABOUT URSULA GAWTHORN CERTRP

Experienced media, retail, recruitment and training professional who has worked in a diverse range of industries and is currently available to help organisations with new ideas and strategies to ensure staff understand the targets and are able to meet the company goals. I am a business brand thinker, able to assist with determining the direction and scope to align with an organisations mission, vision and goals so as to compete to be unique, profitable and the company of choice. Throughout the years I have gained a reputation for understanding and aligning clients\' needs with an organisations offering of either products or services, ensuring I secure the client\'s trust and provide a unique experience. Establishing deep relationships to outperform sales targets and capture repeat business within various environments, I have gained a reputation for perseverance, integrity and business savvy, as well as being able to write successful framework bids and organise large events. Always implementing highly creative marketing and sales strategies to maintain effective lines of communication has allowed me to educate clients on portfolios of products and to remain in the front of their minds when they need to make a purchase, or have a new concept they wish to launch. I am truly passionate about my work and always interested in making new professional acquaintances, whilst also working with community groups and charities on a voluntary basis, including being an Enterprise Advisor.
