As Technical Services Manager I am the link between our cement plants and our customers with direct responsibility for maintaining high customer satisfaction by auditing plant quality and production processes, getting feedback from ready mix & concrete producers, engineers, architects, and relevant authorities.I am an experienced Quality Manager, Assistant Plant Manager and Project Leader who has developed an array of specific skills related to Commissioning, Integrated Management Systems, Employee Management, Plant Efficiency and Health & Safety.Certified in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) at GCC.I have acquired a detailed understanding on how to implement standard operating procedures, document control systems on intranet and evaluate and commission technical information / laboratory data management systems. I also work with external and governmental agencies, building mutually beneficial B2B relationships that ensure accreditation, compliance and environmental issues are dealt with in an effective and professional manner.In my previous role at Holcim Switzerland, I took care of the evaluation and commissioning of the new automated laboratory at Siggenthal, a 2.5 MM Euro project (3 MM CHF). In my former role as a Quality Manager and Assistant Plant Manager at GCC Rio Grande, I acted as Project Leader of our fully automated robotic system, managing the evaluation and commissioning of our automated laboratory, calibration and certification of x-ray fluorescence spectrometers (XRF) and implementing Rietveld analysis (XRD).With 21 years being employed as a manager in the Swiss and US cement industry, I have contributed greatly to the long-term viability of any business I worked for. I am also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
