Capital Connect has been meticulously designed and developed from scratch. It is a two-sided private investment marketplace that streamlines fundraising and simplifies 7 and 8+ figure capital raising and investing. Highlight: I’ve been invited to join this spin-off and play a key UX/UI role to help design, deliver, and launch end-to-end UX/UI work simultaneously across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. My day-to-day responsibilities include: • Applying user-centric, value-based, and end-to-end UX/UI approaches while working with product managers and stakeholders to align with their visions and business goals. • Initiating, conducting, and maintaining research sessions and material to gather continuous feedback and identify customer lifecycles, pain points, and needs. • Leveraging various research methods to discover not obvious insights and inform design decisions. • Leading cross-functional UX/UI workshops to drive collaborative human-centred problem-solving and ensure UX consistency. • Synthesising insights to define personas, POVs,\"How Might We\" questions, key journeys, As-Is/To-Be blueprints, and design tasks. • Challenging the status quo by providing alternative ideas to question and improve existing UX/UI approaches. • Designing lo- and hi-fi UX/UI mockups, concepts, journeys, and prototypes to visualise UX aligned with user needs and business goals. • Utilising engaging storytelling techniques to present UX/UI methods, ideas, and solutions. • Documenting pixel-perfect UX/UI journeys to support production. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, responsive, and consistent UI. • Contributing to the development of UX/UI design systems and component libraries. • Building UX/UI design and development teams by interviewing new candidates, mentoring, and creating educational content to train their eyes and raise the quality of overall UX/UI work. • Managing remote UX/UI design, communication, and output across 4 different time zones.
