Running Billing cycle from drafting Prebills/Batch billing to sending out all Invoices to the client within first 2 weeks of Billing month.• Managing Deferral/Accrual on Projects while maintaining healthy DLM• Track WIP amount vs Billing amount to calculate true write/up or write/down on every Invoice• Creating Manual Invoices that requires backup/schedule/WSIB certificate to go along with the Invoice• Carry forward the WIP that intended to be consumed in future• Performing write-offs to clear the WIP/Projects• Linking AP Invoices to internal Invoices• Reviewing Consultant Invoices in system by matching details with Client Invoice with the Invoice entered in the system• Getting Invoices reviewed by multiple reviewers• Posting Invoice Batches in a timely manner to be captured by Rev Gen.• Working closely with AR & Cash applications team to resolve outstanding AR/ Duplicate/Overpayment Issues• Project Activation & Closeout• Carefully review the signed Contract/Proposal/Change Order saved in system to activate the Project• Adding Billing terms to each Project at the time of activation while keeping Client Billings Guidelines under careful consideration• Managing & continuously updating Budget for each Project in the system for overall Project as well as at Phase & Task level• Doing due diligence while closing the Project by following the protocols that include Cleared AR, Cleared WIP, Cleared backlog/forecast & Budget.• E-Billing• Working with multiple E-billing Portals to submit invoices• Adding all the information that is required by E-billing portals to avoid Invoice rejection• Weekly & Monthly Reporting• Variance Analysis report – Weekly• Retainer/Retainage Report – Monthly• AR discrepancy report – Weekly • KPI Project Status Report – Monthly• WIP & Billing Status Report – Monthly• Missing Labor Rate Report- Weekly• Accrual Report – Monthly
