DELIVERY:• Requirement gathering from respective POC’s, understanding priorities, assigning priorities to team leads and recruiters on floor.• Working with key stakeholders and employers to ensure that document communication are updated as necessary.• Developing and executing candidate screening strategies, Video calling on zoom and skype to get a better understanding of candidates technical expertise• Candidate assessment through in-depth phone and video screens/interviews for maintaining a quality rapport with clients• Be the face of delivery during the execution from signing MSA/PO (Contract Negotiation), BGC process, Visa Transfer/ LCA, BAID creation and delivery.• Signing for TN Permit, attending calls from Canada and Mexico Embassy for w2 approvals and verifications for entering the US• Facilitate interviewing process (coordinate/schedule/host interviews, interview prep candidates, relay feedback/updates, create and extend offers, and ensure first day start)• Participate in Supplier calls or C-Level meetings• Forecast the flow of demand and prepare delivery team on the roles and demand flow• Follow up with clients on Submissions, interview feedback and drive each submission to a closure.ESCALATION:• Retaining candidates from existing projects, making sure they stay satisfied and preparing a backup strategy for contingency purposes• Handle and efficiently manage all escalations and delivery issues.• Technical depth to understand how to drive escalations and containing the problem within TAT.• Determine reasons necessary to address and de-escalate the crisis, while also understanding the broader impact of the escalation on account health• Identify, manage and record escalation trends, building strong relationships with our clients and in reducing the impact of escalated support cases.
