Investigate and analyze root causes of reconciliation discrepancies, utilizing tools like TLM, PCOMM, DTCC, NEXEN & Custody statements to resolve issues promptly and accurately.4. Monitor and report on reconciliation metrics, such as aging items, outstanding variances, and overall reconciliation accuracy, to identify trends and areas for improvement.5. Develop and maintain documentation of reconciliation procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.6. Contribute to the development and implementation of new reconciliation initiatives, including automation and process enhancements, to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts.7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to reconciliation processes, incorporating them into the day-to-day operations.
