Currently, I teach MA Psychology students at DES University and serve as faculty for Jnana Prabodhini’s School Psychology course, affiliated to University of Pune.With over 17 years of experience in HR and recruitment, I have collaborated with global teams across India, the UK, and South Africa, specializing in talent acquisition and workforce management.I have trained more than students and corporate professionals in key areas such as communication, confidence building, stress management, and conflict resolution.For the past 15 years, I have also been associated with Jnana Prabodhini Institute of Psychology as a senior career counselor providing guidance to professionals navigating mid-career transitions.Currently, I also serve as a Lead Trainer with ElephantConnect.
