Hello, I\'m Urmila Mandloi, originally from Ujjain and currently based in Indore. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce (B. Com) and have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). With a passion for sales and customer service, I have gained valuable experience in various roles. As a Sales Executive at SRJ Solution, where I honed my skills in building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. Following that, I worked as a Customer Care Executive at Teleperformance, where I developed excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to my sales and customer service roles, I worked for a year as a Computer Operator at First Flight Courier Ltd, where I gained proficiency in handling computer systems and managing data. Outside of work, I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, as well as exploring new technologies. In my free time, I also like to design clothes, jewelry and some home decor items apart from this i love to listening songs. I am driven, dedicated, and always eager to expand my knowledge and skills in order to contribute effectively to any team or o rganization I am a part of.
