I am currently pursuing my MBA in Retail Fashion & Merchandise and have gained hands-on retail experience through my internship at Pantaloons, Phoenix Citadel Mall, Indore. During this journey, I worked closely on multiple aspects of modern retail operations, developing both analytical and customer-facing skills.My expertise includes: Retail KPIs – Practical understanding of conversion rate, basket size, and ticket size. Inventory & Operations – GRN processes, stock control, warehouse coordination, and SDM basics.🤝 Customer Engagement – Relationship building, upselling, cross-selling, add-on selling, and driving 100+ Pantaloons app downloads. Visual Merchandising – Designing product displays and executing SOS promotions & Insignia Memberships to enhance customer experience. Store Management Exposure – Assisted floor department managers, gaining insights into leadership and end-to-end store functioning.I am eager to deepen my understanding of the dynamic retail and fashion industry by applying my learning to real-world challenges.
