I’m the founder of Healism, a trusted mental health platform offering kind, professional care through one-on-one therapy, emotional support, and personalised well-being programs.With a team of 50+ psychologists across India, we support individuals, families, and workplaces through real-life struggles using professional knowledge, trauma-informed care, and thoughtful therapist matching.At Healism, mental health isn’t just a service.It’s a system of care.And we’re here to make it work - for you-Outside of Healism, I’ve spent the past 4+ years teaching French, Psychology, Conversational English and Art to learners across the world - including students from India, Dubai, Egypt, and the Netherlands. I create safe learning spaces where people feel seen, understood, and supported.My work is shaped by a deep love for what makes us human, our feelings, our stories, our losses, our healing, our creativity, and the quiet moments of love and kindness.I’m deeply invested in what it means to be human in all its complexity.Grief, slowness, softness, shadow work, creativity, and the quiet power of love - these aren’t distractions from productivity; they’re the raw material of real transformation.I believe in care that is:1.
