ABOUT URJA SENGHANI
My name is Urja, which means energy, and I try to bring that same energy and dedication to everything I do. I am passionate about heritage conservation and cultural studies, and I have hands-on experience working with different types of heritage objects such as paper, paintings, and silver artifacts. My work focuses on both preventive and remedial conservation techniques to care for and preserve our cultural heritage.I have an academic background in sociology and ancient Indian history, culture, and archaeology, with a focus on museology and archiving. Alongside my work in heritage, I am also a spiritual healer, practicing Vipassana meditation, Reiki, and Pranic Healing. Through these practices, I aim to create balance and well-being, not just for myself, but also for others. My goal is to preserve both cultural heritage and inner harmony, combining care for the past with healing for the present.
