I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate with post qualification experience of 6 years in the EY transaction tax team advising private equity funds and multinational corporates on acquisition structuring, tax due diligences, internal restructurings, transaction documentation review, etc. Prior to EY, I worked at KNAV & Co. in the tax and advisory function for 3 years.I have been awarded with the title of the EY Young Tax Professional of the Year 2021 – the final round of this competition involved competing against 43 finalists representing 62 countries where we presented our ideas on how tax can incentivize sustainability across the business world.
