May 2015- Present OSS Solution Architect in the Amdocs’ AT & T CBU team.Responsible for the OSS architecture in the Account team focused in the Inventory Management of the AIC (AT & T Internal Cloud) supporting D2, Planning, Engineering and Design of the Transport that connects AT & T’s AIC Data Centers with the core network. Planning, Engineering and Design Small Cell solutions while incorporating new vendors and technologies supporting the Small Cells Network Deployment.May 2011- May 2015Responsible for the OSS architecture in the Account team focused on the new initiatives around Legacy consolidation, PSTN retirement, IP transformation, and IT consolidation. Special focus in Planning Engineering and Design and Cell Site Management solutions which lead to the successful development and implementation of the Amdocs Small Cell solution and new Amdocs Factory Foundation product. May 2007- May 2011 Chief Architect for ICE (Costa Rica) and interim Customer Implementation Manager.Two projects within ICE OSS/BSS transformation program: PESSO (OSS transformation in Fulfillment, Assurance and Inventory) and SPYDER (physical Inventory, Service and Resource Planning tools). Responsible for the Architecture and Solution design for the complete OSS transformation in ICE. May 2005- May 2007 Responsible for Amdocs OSS products and OSS services penetration into Cingular Account. Additional major activities: • Customization and packaging of existing product to create a new product for Cell Site Management. • Responsible for the Analysis and integration strategy of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) technology into the Service Management product. Provide Solution Architecture support to both the Sales and Product management Organizations.
