I\'m really more of a problem solver. Construction is a volatile industry where issues are daily occurrences. I deal with employee issues, customer concerns, physical construction mishaps, budget management, supply chain issues, and any other fires that pop up on a daily basis. I visit job sites, work directly with GCs, and keep regular office hours. ACPS currently specializes in commercial siding, commercial painting, and commercial renovations. In 2023, ACPS would like to add solar panel installation to our services in the DMV area.

ABOUT URIEL CASAS
I am a high energy entrepreneur with a strong work ethic. I recently graduated from The Smith School of Business with a MBA. I am passionate about new venture start-ups and operating business turnarounds. I enjoy creating strategies for new and emerging businesses, as well as helping struggling businesses get back in the black. Working in the fitness industry for 16 years has given me the tools to encourage, educate, coach, and train others. I have become an expert at goal setting, strategy implementation. and goal achievement. Throughout my career I have been able to develop a rich network of business professionals in the Washington DC area. I have an eidetic memory and use it to link people with contacts they may be able to do business with or employ. I am very self-aware, understanding that my biggest strength is to encourage and build up others. I also have excellent leadership skills, although I practice leadership through serving others not commanding. My ten years of training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has taught me to think as a strategist. I take an outside the box approach to develop strategic solutions for overcoming business obstacles. I also really enjoy researching industries and business markets to understand and develop a company\'s competitive advantage. I am currently looking for an opportunity with a start-up venture or a turnaround consulting firm. Like many young MBA\'s I\'m not just looking for a job, but a chance to make a difference. I want the work that I do to make a positive impact in people\'s lives.
