I started out in UX design, working closely with engineers and product teams and spending a lot of time asking questions. What stuck with me wasn’t just the design work, but the people - building relationships, listening to how technologists think through problems, collaborate, and stay motivated while working on complex systems.That people-first mindset is what led me into tech recruiting. With a background in UX, I understand the realities of building software and working within cross-functional teams, and I bring that perspective into every conversation. I care about making the recruiting process feel clear, thoughtful, and genuinely human.I love technology, and even more, the people behind it. I’m naturally curious about how engineers and designers work, what challenges them, and what energizes them day to day.
