ABOUT KAUSHAL JANGID

An Urban Planner with over 8 years of experience primarily specializing in urban infrastructure planning, housing projects, and business development, I offer a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and client-centric approach. I\'ve accomplished my bachelor\'s degree in urban planning from NIT Bhopal and a master\'s degree in urban planning from SPA Delhi. My dedication and commitment to delivering value to my clients were recognized recently by EY LLP where I was honored with the SPOTLIGHT Award for the Client\'s Champion and achieved thrice the EY KUDOS Award. In my professional journey, I\'ve successfully delivered solutions in varied areas like real estate strategic consulting, infrastructure advisory, government advisory, and real estate market analysis. I\'ve worked on high-impact projects in affordable housing, urban infrastructure planning, and policy development while managing diverse clients such as UPEIDA, UP Housing Board, Jharkhand Housing Board and HP Eco tourism society among others. Some notable project involvements include developing the Ayodhya Proposal for the 15th FC Performance Based Challenge fund, strategizing affordable housing projects for housing boards in Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand & Bihar, and formulating Affordable Housing Policy for Cambodia. Apart from my industry contributions, I\'ve consistently been involved in research work related to urban and rural development. My insights have been published in various conferences and newsletters, showcasing my deep understanding of the field.
