Two-Phase Pump Loop (TPPL) Testing: Measured, analyzed, calculated and presented performance of 3D printed heat exchangers with varying R134a flow, heat and configuration compared to theoretical CFD models. Structural Fixture Design: Supporting and leading integrating efforts and design planning for proprietary subsystems to enable safe and reliable testing along with shipping and environmental impacts during delivery. Cost Account Manager (CAM): CAM Certified enabling tools necessary to track weekly and monthly financial statuses for project materials and time while maintaining focus on estimate time of completion for all included tasks. Facility Upgrades: High voltage, HVAC and chiller facility efforts including Clean Room ISO 7 Class standards. High Pressure Testing: Led site to enable testing to highest parameter met yet. Root Cause Analysis: Identifying performance on system requiring RCCA to achieve successful delivery to high stakes customer also prompting leading implementation required to solve recurring test setback. Project Planning and Resource Collaboration: Cross-planning with multiple sites sharing milestones and establishing dependents critical to project completion path. Establishing necessary independents on parallel paths.
