As head of Vertical Marketing, I lead NPI (new product introduction) go-to-market commercialization for Honeywell Intelligrated. IGS is a $2Bn market leader in warehouse automation, intralogistics and material handling with innovative software, hardware solutions and lifecycle support services. Reporting to the CMO/CPO, my duties include:*Working closely with sales and solution advisor teams, I help design automation solutions that meet clearly defined needs of customer verticals and segments addressing their unique challenges;*Driving pipeline and P&L of key verticals, I author vertical business plans and build go-to-market strategies to grow with our existing product portfolio while leading specific product roadmap to drive our future growth;*Maintain “Customer Advisory Boards” as a forum to support engagements between top leaders in industry and Honeywell for gaining feedback on solution development and improving customer satisfaction;*Partner with cross functional teams including offering managers, technology leaders, solution advisors and general managers to identify customer pain points that are unmet with our current portfolio;*Do market research, build a business case, and work with offering management teams to fill the gap;*Support the development of demand generation and sales enablement materials based on a deep understanding of customer value proposition and differentiation of Intelligrated portfolio through industry associations and event;*Partner with Chief Technology Officers to evaluate disruptive technologies, promoting ideation and driving strategic and operational decision making.
