After spending a decade in the education & development sector at various positions across diverse organizations such as Teach For India, Shiv Nadar School & Byju’s, I have successfully transitioned to a career in Marketing & Events at Stoa. From running the show in the classroom and heading an NGO with presence in 2 states to organizing and managing events at Stoa wherein young professionals are looking to grasp career defining skills, my career graph has been anything but conventional. In between all of that, I have also dabbled with Storytelling & CENTA Teaching Professionals’ Olympiad, where I ended up securing Global Rank 1 for Primary level English and Online teaching categories! My present role as a Career Coach allows me to help young professionals by navigating their career paths, when they are at their most vulnerable state – looking for a transition in their careers without spending a bomb on their MBA! It soon gained enough traction to become a part of Uttar Pradesh Government’s Mission Prerna e-pathshaala project wherein my videos were shared with the students as a part of weekly timetables from the side of the government.
