Travelling to different care locations covering the Midlands, I deliver face to face health and social care training which includes- COMPANY INDUCTIONS- MOVING AND ASSISTING- MANUAL HANDLING / REFRESHER- ADMINISTERING MEDICATION- FIRST AID- SAFE USE OF EQUIPMENT- COMPLEX CAREPRESENTING AND TRAINING UP TO 12 PEOPLE PER SESSION.Report writing, assessment, creating engaging and informative sessions, and providing feedback to learners and branch Managers. I also help on first line response, the e-learning help desk to guide learners and support them on the telephone and email to help complete the mandatory UK care certificate. Remote role. Keeping up to date with laws, policies, and legislation.
