The restaurants that are managed serve a wide range of people from children to the elderly and from leisure to business guests.• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, project managers and head-office representatives.• Identify key areas in which company profits can be further invested to ensure continuous growth.• Review and modify contracts from suppliers, contractors, banks and real estate representatives to tailor them to the companies needs.• Oversee all new construction, technical and equipment related issues within the 28 restaurant company. • Coordinate and manage renovations as well as organize new-builds as they come.
