Apart of the Paramount Plus Content Operations team that works cross-functionally with QA, content providers, publishing team, curation, & Ad Operations.Ensure on-time delivery, encoding/publishing, & functionality of VOD/SVOD titles. Includes workflow & automated QC development, launch day support, & issue resolution.Maintain tight deadlines for upcoming in-app title releases- track content delivery (via Aspera & API), MPX/Loom, and Internal API/JSON tools.Drive issue resolution.Asset publishing & troubleshooting- from episodic series to full-length feature films and trailers. Heavily involved with the VMS (MPX/ Loom). Encode/Package/Publish titles weekly in our current cadence. Provide both content testing and launch day support:•Track & organize art/metadata for use in-app & SVOD partner operations for content launches and avails.(Airtable, etc.)•Ticketing triage & resolution for escalated issues from QA, internal teams, & external content partners. Submit/track redelivery requests to content partners for issues discovered internally and repackage/re-encode upon delivery. Collaborate with the SVOD team for distribution.•Video asset QA/QC - Ensure assets meet specifications. Design automated QC workflows where applicable - Baton, Orion, Witbe, etc
