I work with owners, operators, and leadership teams operating in complex, capital-intensive environments where execution, data, and decision-making must align under real-world constraints.My work focuses on a core question:When should technology—particularly AI—be allowed to influence real-world decisions, and what governance, evidence, and accountability are required before it can be trusted to do so?Across construction, infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, energy, and technology, I’ve seen the same failure pattern repeat: organizations invest in tools, platforms, and AI initiatives before the operating conditions needed for success—governance, data discipline, and decision clarity—are in place. My work is centered on closing that gap before execution begins.I currently serve as a Senior Strategic Product Consultant at Procore, advising owners and general contractors on enterprise PMQS implementation, reporting, project controls, and change management across large-scale capital programs. This role places me inside live delivery environments where AI, data, and automation are tested under real pressure.In parallel, as Principal Researcher at Nielsen Pierre Noel, I conduct independent, platform-neutral research on decision integrity, governance, and readiness in physical-world systems. This work examines how decisions are actually made when data is incomplete, accountability is fragmented, and humans remain legally and ethically responsible for outcomes. The objective is to develop defensible frameworks and standards that help organizations evaluate readiness, risk, and decision quality before capital and technology commitments are made.Earlier in my career, I operated on the other side of the table—running businesses, managing P & Ls, allocating capital, and navigating market shocks. That experience shapes how I think about risk, incentives, and execution today.I am not a vendor, futurist, or tool evangelist.My role is to help organizations understand whether AI should influence decisions at all, where it should be constrained, and what evidence is required to trust it.
