About Upendra Singh Rathore
I completed my M.Tech from Delhi Technological University (DTU) and joined Stryker in August 2025, initially as an Intern, before transitioning into a full‑time role as a Post Graduate Engineering Trainee in Software Engineering (Automation).In my role, I work closely with enterprise automation processes, production servers, and monitoring tools like Datadog. My day‑to‑day work involves supporting and troubleshooting production automations, monitoring server health, analyzing issues, and helping ensure that critical processes remain stable in a large enterprise environment.Through this journey, I’ve built a strong foundation in RPA using UiPath (REFramework), production support, process analysis, and problem‑solving. I enjoy understanding systems end‑to‑end and am continuously learning to build reliable and scalable automation solutions.
