Job roleAccountable for entire procurement function comprising of procurement schedule on delivery at Project Site.Develop relationship with business stakeholders & strategic supply partners.Identifying the procurement needs of all projects/sites. Lead & manage team of buyers to comply with quality & adhering to timelines.Work alongside with Senior Management in contributing to overall business objectives.To provide leadership & directions to the team to ensure deliverable are attained.Track & monitor key functional metrics of Supply Chain Management & Vendor Management to reduce costs & improving effectiveness.Identify suitable suppliers & evaluate suppliers based on cost quality, reliability & service availability.Coordinate with suppliers in order to determine product availabilities, delivery sources & terms & conditions of sales.Maintain records of entire purchase process, i.e. Purchase requisitions, Quotations, Purchase Order, & Delivery Notes & Invoices.Sound knowledge of market research, along with good communication & analytical skills, effective in negotiating contracts & preparing reports.Experience preferably required in contracts management including sourcing, selection of a contractor, negotiating for price and other terms & conditions. Must have exposure in framing of contract terms & conditions.Procurement of Water Supply and Sewerage Treatment Plants related materials & contracts finalization.Skills:Negotiations/Costing, Sourcing & Procurement
