Namaste. I am Upasana Nebhani and I am a fiction worm, always on the lookout for a good story because I believe fiction takes us to spaces where we couldn\'t be otherwise so no matter what the story has to offer me I would always want to give it a try and then either recommend or warn my other fiction fellow beings. I am trying to apply this approach in my career as well by trying my hands in different industries, from Ed-tech to Fintech to SaaS, always seeking learnings and growth from wherever I go. With a deep sense of admiration for a department that manages people and culture in the organization, I am now working in the people Operations department.
