As a senior Technical Project Manager in Marsh McLennan, I oversee 5 diverse projects utilizing various methodologies including pure Agile, Hybrid and Predictive approaches. I work closely with Product owners, business users, stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of Agile initiatives. l manage a cross functional development team of 10 members and around 100 stakeholders for my Agile project. For my other projects more on the Predictive side, l collaborate extensively with legal teams, vendors and business owners on activities such as onboarding new applications, finalizing contracts and decommissioning legacy systems. My daily responsibilities involve rigorous risk management, stakeholder engagement, detailed project planning, scope control, budget oversight and schedule management ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with organizational goals.
