I hold a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a M.Phil in English from Annamalai University, which have helped me develop the skills and knowledge to design and deliver effective and engaging learning programs.I lead a team of learning design professionals who provide end-to-end learning solutions for our clients across various industries and domains. We work with diverse and global teams to facilitate learning and performance improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality and impactful learning outcomes.
