Primary Responsibilities -1. Evaluation of investment opportunities - Understand the Risk and Return Parameters of opportunities sourced through interaction with the team of the investee enterprise- Assessment of opportunity through Primary and Secondary Research, Market References and other on-line and off-line resources- Form investment opinion and thesis based on appraisal/assessment of each opportunity- Prepare Investment Memorandum for presenting to the investment committee- Make presentations/discuss investment proposal with the internal and external stakeholders- Coordinate the due diligence process and documentation for completing investments.2. Monitor & Review - Monitor assigned investments on a regular basis and report developments in relevant industry, enterprise to the investment committee (IC) members or its nominees- Periodic review presentations on portfolio performance to the IC members or its nominees.Other Responsibilities-1. Formulation, continuous evaluation and improvement of policy, procedures in the investment and investment management process.2. Primary research on industry of interest for the team or as may be required by the IC/ business seniors.3. Work towards formation of investment vehicles which may be aligned to organization objectives, requirements and / or as may be required/approved by business seniors/top management.
