In my first six months, I have brought together previously separate technology, data, and digital teams into a single, unified team of 102 subject matter experts. This new structure provides comprehensive coverage for the entire portfolio of digital, data, and technology services and systems, maximising our combined skills and strengths.Collaborating with a new leadership team, we have authored a new multi-year strategy, which has received approval and support from the trustees.
