I lead the finance function of the Specialty Alumina Business including Business Finance, Raw material sourcing and commercials as well as controlling Capital expenditure and Projects. I lead the finance teams of the two plants at Belagavi and Muri and am also responsible for finance and controls of the wholly owned subsidiary at Japan.My role is to drive growth and EBITDA for this fast growing business,with an eye on controls and compliance. I also work on the business\'s growth strategy including mergers and acquisitions.
