Healthcare professional with a unique blend of experience! I have understood healthcare from a western regulatory persepctive when I started my career with the NHS. Was fortunate enough to work directly with visionary promoters of Medanta, Fortis and Max. I learnt healthcare from Nurses, CSSD technicians, SCM head and OT technicians. I ace relationship management with stakeholders as a god gift and yet, I am known to deliver to the mandate. I have worked in India, UK, Africa and Pacific region in Regulatory Affairs with General Dental Council and General Medical Council, UK; Start up Hospitals- Medanta, Fortis Gurgaon, Max Cancer Centre in India and setting up of Mental Health Division for Australian Home Affairs. Having proven myself, at this stage of my career I have found a new method of work-life balance. I take international postings for 2-3 years and then take 6-8 months off for \'life\' and repeat. So please don\'t ask me about career breaks! Its by design.
