I began recruitment sourcing mid to senior level front office technologists within Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Asset Managements and some corporate boutiques based in London, New York and Asia Pacific. The majority of this was within application development/support, business analysis and project/programme management. This was across Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, Commodities, Cash Equities and Equity Derivatives technology groups.I also worked with automated trading technology groups for their algo/prop trading businesses providing business facing technologists experienced in the development of high frequency/low latency trading systems.I have since supported the growth of a number of consulting firms across augmentation and senior leadership appointments and a number of FS institutions with Director and MD level mandates.I am currently managing accounts and leading delivery teams across Tier 1 investment banks and BIG 4 Consulting firms globally focusing on exec search and global leadership mandates.
