Fosters a team environment within the facility and demonstrates strong leadership skills Manages, evaluates and mentors warehouse colleagues Manage the implementations of operational processes, guidelines and standards for WND Operations Drive KPI’s, measurements well as proactive analysis to prevent errors from occurring Ensure that tools are in place to coordinate planned workload with resources (manning and equipment) needed within the operation To support the implementation of process improvement and client development plans, aiming for cost savings and/or revenue enhancement Support value creation for clients through a constant focus on delivering improved service levels at a lower total cost to serve
